Based on location and accommodation type, your property has great opportunity to earn more as an Airbnb vacation rental.
Operating as a vacation rental under my management your property has the potential to generate between an average of $3,000 - $3,600 per month, or $35,000-$45,000 annually. Comparatively, long term rentals generate between $1,600 - $2,000 per month, or $19,600 - $24,000 annually.
The home would need to be fully furnished and decorated on the %u2018nicer%u2019 side of the scale to compete with surrounding accommodations. This would enable us to achieve an Average Daily Rate of $120-150.
You would also need to setup an inventory management system so you can have easy access to supplies for cleaners and guests.
